Bruce G. Hudson CA, CIRP - Trustee In Bankruptcy
Bruce is a second-generation Trustee in bankruptcy, as his father and uncle were before him. While attending the University of Alberta, he worked in the insolvency field to help pay his way through university. He spent a couple of years in Italy, and then returned to the U of A, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Bruce qualified for his Chartered Accountant designation while working for a national accounting firm. Bruce moved to Calgary in 1981 and worked for an oil company, shortly before the National Energy Program caused a major downturn in the Calgary economy. With the downturn, Bruce returned to his insolvency roots and began working for Hudson & Company in 1982. He became a Trustee in Bankruptcy in 1986, placing 5th in Canada in his insolvency exams. Since then, he has been ivolved in numerous corporate and personal workouts, proposals, receiverships and bankruptcies in all areas of the economy.
Robert E. Price CMA CIRP - Trustee In Bankruptcy
Calgary born Robert grew up in Southern Alberta where he obtained a Bachelors of Management from the University of Lethbridge in 1983. Upon returning to Calgary in 1985, he completed his professional training. In 1986, he earned his professional designation as a Certified Management Accountant (“CMA”), which happened to be the same year he took on his position at Hudson & Company. With the guidance of the insolvency team at Hudson and Company, he trained for three years before being licensed by the federal government as a Trustee in Bankruptcy. Robert’s personal gain is to find a resolution for those who seek his guidance as well as determine new alternatives to their present financial strain. He has been involved in personal and corporate reorganizations, bankruptcies, liquidations and receiverships. Motto: “Live life with few regrets”
Harlan I. Sundal CA, CIRP - Trustee In Bankruptcy
Harlan had an eventful year in 1974 when he was designated as a Chartered Accountant and licensed as a Trustee in Bankruptcy. He joined Hudson & Company a couple of years later in July of 1976. Not one to sit on his laurels he qualified as Certified Financial Planner in 1998. He has been a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals since 1979. Harlan is semi-retired and provides advice gained through his long and varied experience.
Kimberly A. Westwell - Bankruptcy Administrator
Kimberley was born and raised in Ontario, but in 1994 decided to venture out west to Calgary. After building her family, she began her career with Hudson & Company in 2001 as the Trustee’s assistant. Through determination and hard work, she has gained the experience and knowledge necessary to become a highly qualified bankruptcy professional. Kimberly is an expert in the Insolvency field and enjoys helping individuals, who have found themselves unable to meet financial obligations, get back on track to achieve financial freedom. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys being outdoors in the sunshine playing golf and spoiling her grandson.

James is an up-and-coming insolvency authority, who has worked for Hudson & Company since 2009. He has tackled the challenge of the Insolvency Administration and Counselor’s Qualification courses and now uses these skills to help individuals break free from financial turmoil.
